Service Description

In this class I will familiarize you with the specific 9/8 rhythm and the musical accents we will be emphasizing. I will cover footwork as our foundation and then add the signature bellydrop/throw layer. Next we will get into some of the many playful and meaningful gestures that reference instruments, beauty routines, sipping coffee (Turkish coffee of course), and other aspects of daily life. The consistent footwork and bellydrops make this an energetic style, so prepare for an epic 1 Hour workout!
